Paul Mosse was born in Ireland in 1946 and was educated at Chelsea College of Art, London. Mosse has exhibited extensively across the world; numerous awards include Carroll’s Prize in Living Art Exhibition (1968); Boise Scholarship, British School at Rome (1969); and the Irish American Cultural Institute O’Malley Art Award (2011-12). Mosse was elected a member of Aosdána in 2008.
