Book launch and In Conversation Event: Kevin Mooney, TUBERCLEROSIES at Hillsboro Fine Art, Dublin

Join us on Thursday, February 20th at 6:00 PM for the book launch of TUBERCLEROSIES by Kevin Mooney, followed by an In Conversation event with Aoife Banks and Kevin Mooney at Hillsboro Fine Art.

TUBERCLEROSIES showcases Mooney’s most recent series of works commissioned by and exhibited in Luan Gallery and features a curatorial text by Luan Gallery curator Aoife Banks, and essay contribution by Dr Edwin Coomasaru.

In conversation, Kevin Mooney and Aoife Banks will discuss the artist’s latest body of work, exploring the influences that have shaped his practice, including science fiction, horror films, the histories of the Irish diaspora, art history, and Irish visual culture.

Ancestors, a solo exhibition by Kevin Mooney, is currently on show at Hillsboro Fine Art. Ancestors continues until February 28th.
